Please allow 7 to 10 days for delivery. UPS ground shipments within Arizona will often arrive the next business day.
UPS 2nd Day
Delivery within 2 business days. Customers with Arizona-bound shipments may opt for the Ground shipping option to save shipping costs as the shipment is likely to arrive the next business day.
UPS 3rd Day
Delivery within 3 business days. Customers with Arizona-bound shipments may opt for the Ground shipping option to save shipping costs as the shipment is likely to arrive the next business day.
UPS Next Day
When it absolutely, positively has to be there tomorrow! Non-Arizona Customers must place their order by 12 PM, Mountain Standard Time to receive their products next day. Customers with Arizona-bound shipments may opt for the UPS Ground shipping option to save shipping costs as the shipment is likely to arrive the next business day.
International
We do not ship internationally at this time. This includes Canada and Mexico. We do not deliver to "APO" and "FPO" zip codes. Overseas and foreign orders will not be filled.
Back Orders
All items put on back order will take on average from 7 - 10 business days to be re-shipped to you. Some back orders could take up to 4 weeks.
Shipping Surcharge
Oversized/overweight items may incur an additional fee for shipping and handling charges. Total shipping cost will be calculated by adding the shipping surcharge fee to the base shipping cost of the item based on its weight.
Exchanges
If you purchased unsatisfactory merchandise, you may bring it back to us within 21 days, with its original packaging, and your original receipt, and we will gladly exchange it for you. - Keep your return merchandise in its original packaging and place it in a box suitable for shipping. Please use the packing slip that was included with your order to indicate that you would like to exchange the item. Place the packing slip in the box along with the return merchandise. Return the box via the carrier of your choice (e.g. DHL, UPS, FedEx, USPS).
- Due to the ease of duplication, DVDs, Videos, and audiotapes are considered exchangeable only if the package seal is unbroken. We will replace defective media only with new items of the same title and format.
